How we work
Veteran owned. Straight answers.
“Our goal is to provide the community with quality work done at a competitive price.”
A time, not a window
The owner’s own words in a reply to a review: “I take pride in being on time.” Customers mention a set time instead of a six-hour window.
Repair before replace
Repairs with quality parts whenever replacement isn’t necessary. More than one review describes a fix after another company quoted a new unit.

Daniel got our call at 10:21 and was at our house at 10:42. This was amazing I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Extremely happy with the service and the price, Daniel is straight forward with everything and didn't do anything that wasn't necessary like others I have had in the past. Definitely who I will be calling for everything from now on and he gave me a time not a 6 hour window and was here on time both days. Thank you again for your help, honesty and prices.
Daniel got us in quickly when our A/C wasn't kicking on. For starters, Daniel was very polite and professional. While it ended up being a simple fix, he gave amazing advice on how to maintain our system better and provided options for a more efficient system that was better suited for our house size, without pressuring us into anything. The service fee was well worth it, and Daniel has gained a loyal customer for the amazing service he provided.
Daniel was fast and professional without costing an arm and a leg. We'll definitely call him again. We especially like supporting military!
Just had Daniel out to work on my AC very professional had one company that was going to have me get a new unit and he fixed it right away. Very reasonable and would recommend him to everyone. Very honest and thorough. Give Daniel at Near Me heating and air a call. Renetta
Thank you. 45 minute response time after 6pm. I ws expecting next day or day after. Very inexpensive compared to what I was expecting. Walked me through a lot to understand my unit. Will never use another company. This was awesome and greatly appreciated. Thank you Daniel. -Danny

Straight answers
HVAC questions, answered.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the house right away and take everyone with you. Don’t flip light switches, use the thermostat, light anything or start a car in an attached garage.
Should I repair or replace my furnace or AC?
Repair it if the system is under about 10 to 12 years old, the repair is a single failed part, and it has been reliable. Consider replacement when the system is 15 or more years old, needs repeated repairs, has a failed compressor or heat exchanger, or uses R-22 refrigerant.
Do heat pumps work in a Treasure Valley winter?
Yes. Modern cold-climate heat pumps deliver useful heat well below freezing, which makes them a real option in eastern Oregon and southwest Idaho.
How often should my HVAC system be serviced?
Once a year for each system: the air conditioner or heat pump in spring before the heat arrives, and the furnace in fall before the first freeze. A heat pump does both jobs, so it benefits from service twice a year.
Why are some rooms hotter or colder than others?
The usual causes are leaky, crushed or undersized ductwork, a long duct run through an unconditioned attic or crawlspace, closed or blocked registers, or a room that was added without its own supply.
How do I verify an HVAC contractor in Oregon?
Look the contractor up on the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) public license search. It shows whether the license is active, plus its bond, insurance and any complaint history.
